I believe Yoga Nidra is more easily accessible than meditation, as it is done lying down. If you find being seated & still for any length of time challenging, try Yoga Nidra.

1. On Demand Yoga Nidra - $20 per month, access all of my recordings anytime.

2. 40 Day Yoga Nidra Program - $48 for 40 days, this option is great for those trying to establish a regular practice. 

 

As part of the program you will receive 20min yoga nidra recording, a journal to reflect on your progress & personal access to me for any questions or help.
