Private Retreats are suitable for singles, couples or friends wanting a tailored experience, at a time that is convenient for you.


Location can be anywhere your heart desires or join me locally at the rural location of Liffey, only 40mins from Launceston/Launceston airport. 


Minimum 2 nights stay, however 1 night is possible for those requiring an express retreat. 


There are 6 Retreat themes to select from - with the option to mix & match to suit. Below descriptions are based on the Liffey location.

NATURE RETREAT
You will spend maximum time in nature, your greatest healer. Includes a 3hr return walk to Liffey Falls. This is a grade 2 walk, suitable for most. 
Optional River swim - seasonal unless you like ice baths! 
Time to enjoy the Liffey property, walking & grounding practices, with other outdoor activities tailored to suit.
 

NURTURE RETREAT
When life feels overwhelming & you are craving stillness, this option will leave you feeling nourished & rested. Includes a 75min Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, deep relaxation practices & plenty of time to just be.


YOGA RETREAT
Select from a vast range of yoga methodologies: hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation, contemplation, mantra, philosophy. Chose as many options or just one if you are looking to deepen your practice in one particular area.


AYURVEDIC RETREAT
Discover the science of Ayurveda. You maybe  new to Ayurveda or would like to deepen your knowledge in a specific area. There will be four 90min sessions to cover topics such as: basics of ayurveda, doshas, nutrition, self care practices. 

Option to include cooking class to learn to make kitchari, daal, ghee, chai or other ayurvedic dishes.


MANTRA JAPA RETREAT
Learn the practice of mantra or if you are already established practitioner time will be spent externally/internally chanting mantra.

Duration of mantra sessions will be tailored to your level of experience. Up to 6hrs of practice per day. 


SILENT RETREAT
When we learn to quieten our mind, it provides the opportunity to connect with our heart/soul. Tina will teach simple techniques to assist in observing the mind, so you can touch the truest part of your being. No experience necessary, just a desire to be in silence for long periods (time in silence can be tailored to suit).

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
11am arrival & departure -unless other arrangements are arranged
MEALS
A 2 night retreat includes: a late lunch & light dinner on arrival day. Following day brunch, late lunch, light dinner. Departure day, breakfast. Teas and light snacks are also provided. All food is vegetarian. 
IS THERE AN OPTION TO SELF CATER?
Yes, there are basic kitchen facilities in each cabin to comfortably prepare meals. Your package amount will reduce by $100 per person.
WEEK DAY DISCOUNT
Weekends are popular - if your schedule permits, consider a week day stay and receive 10% discount.(Includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday night stays - excludes public holidays).
PRICING
Price varies depending on number of nights, guests & inclusions. Starting from $1,480 for 1 person for a 2 night retreat.
