In 2025 Ganga & I will be offering 3 Ayurvedic Retreats at Port Sorell in Tasmania.

10 & 14 Nights stay are required to partake in the "Panchakarma Program" (detox). A minimum of 1 week rest post retreat, is recommended to continue your rejuvenation/integration process at home.

All other shorter stays are a "Nurturing Program" with the aim of leaving you feeling nourished. Two or three integration days when you return home would be ideal to assimilate your retreat experience.
