Shirodhara is an ancient technique where warm herbal oil is poured slowly back & forth across the forehead. Shirodhara relieves stress, tension, mental fatigue, helps with sleep & will leave you feeling deeply relaxed. Please note, you must have had a consultation with Ganga within the last 12 months to book a Shirodhara appointment. Available for both female and male clients.
