TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

Return to the River 12 Month Program commencing:

 

1 July 2026 - ending 30 June 2027 or

1 July 2027 - ending 30 June 2028 (unless otherwise organised)

 

I Tina Stephens, qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher will be engaging whole heartedly, to the best of my ability with love and compassion tailored to the level of your personal knowledge and experience.

 

All of your personal information will remain private and confidential unless permission is given to share to other professionals you may wish to engage.

 

There is no obligation on your part to implement any of the recommended practices/teachings. However it will be through the consistency of practice the greatest possible benefit will be received. Please share openly with me throughout the program any questions or concerns so we can address as they arise.

 

By committing to the 12 month program you are agreeing to honour the full duration of the program. In the event you are unable to commit to your practices or our sessions due to illness, holidays, work or any other life inconvenience, your program can be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks in total- no credits or refunds apply.

 

I will adapt the practices/teachings to accommodate during any of the above times.

 

The dates of our 4 x 3 night retreats & 8 half day walks will be organised at the beginning of your program. Date changes are possible subject to retreat venue and my personal availability. The retreats/information/practices provided are based on my ongoing observations of both your progress, your commitment to the practices and what is practical. ​

The retreat property "Birch & Bloom Farm & Retreats" and Tina Stephens, do not accept liability for any injury, loss, additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events, including natural disasters.

The Terms of Engagement automatically apply by you paying & engaging in the program.
