By registering and/or attending a 2026 Ayurvedic Facials Weekend Retreat you agree to the following conditions:
CANCELLATION
A cancellation fee of the total amount applies to any cancellations 30 days prior to the Retreat.
Registrations maybe transferred to another person, without incurring the above cancellation fees. The host does not guarantee a replacement can be arranged.
Should the retreat organiser personally need to cancel or make changes to the scheduled retreat dates for any reason, you are entitled to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat. Alternatively you may request a refund of your applicable payment, which will be accommodated as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your retreat.
The retreat organiser is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work and or other costs associated with your trip. Should the retreat be cancelled due to circumstances outside of the retreat organiser’s control, the retreat organiser is not responsible for any refunds for the retreat fee or additional expenses incurred.
If the Retreat is postponed due to any Covid 19 government restrictions or similar, full payment will be transferred to a future retreat. The option for a full refund will be provided, where the accommodation provider provides full refund of property expenses. If the accommodation provider fails to provide a full refund, your refund amount will be less any non-retrievable accommodation costs.
INSURANCE
It is recommended you that you take out the appropriate insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances that may occur prior, during and on return from your retreat.
The retreat organiser and the property manager, do not accept liability for any injury, loss, additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond their control (including natural disasters).
ACCOMMODATION
Photos and details shown on promotional material are of the intended place of stay throughout the retreat. All efforts will be made to ensure the property is secured however the venue could be subject to change should the property manager not deliver based on agreed terms or minimum retreat numbers are not achieved.
RETREAT PARTICIPANT DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
AYURVEDIC FACIAL WEEKEND RETREAT
1. I understand that Ayurvedic Facial Therapy is an ancient Indian methodology that uses the application external herbal oils/powders/natural concoctions with various instruments.
2. I understand that Gangashree Nair is not claiming to be a Western medical doctor and is not registered with the Medical Board of Australia. Her services are not intended as a substitute for the advice provided by a registered medical doctor.
3. I understand the importance of informing Gangashree Nair of any health conditions. I understand that there may be additional risks based on my physical condition.
4. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Gangashree Nair of any discomfort I may feel during the session so she may adjust accordingly.
5. I understand that the Ayurvedic Facial Weekend Retreat is not a certified training with any Australian Registered bodies.
6. I assume complete and full responsibility and hereby release Gangashree Nair, Tina Stephens, or anyone involved in supplying any services during the retreat. I agree that by participating in any treatments and retreat activities I am fully responsible for my own safety and wellbeing.
