We teach methodically, progressively & true to a lineage that has been unbroken for centuries. Our teacher Yogarupa is a Yogi Master, who has been practicing & teaching yoga for almost 40 years. His teacher Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, is the Head of the Himalayan Institute.

What does this mean? The teachings we share with you are tried, tested & proven over & over again. You will study, learn & experience the teachings until the knowledge becomes your wisdom. It is not just through study that you can know these teachings, you must experience them. This is where practice, the practical side of the teachings becomes important & why we recommend practicing regularly.

For example: if I teach you a lesson & then it is weeks again before you practice it, the potency of the lesson will have decreased or you may have entirely forgotten the lesson/technique. To experience the true you, yourself in wholeness, you need to experience that part of you regularly, ideally on a daily basis.

The teachings are a wise progression - regardless of which membership you chose you will learn the foundations of level 1 & then build upon your knowledge over time learning Level 2 + 3 teachings.

Our current curriculum is below. This will continue to evolve & grow, as we grow & share more of the teachings.

Yoga poses (asanas) are one form of practice & the one most are familiar with. In addition there are breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, yoga nidra, bandhas, mudras, mantra, kriya, contemplation, Tantric & Ayurvedic practices etc etc.

You don't need to learn or practice all of the methodologies, (there are literally 1,000's). Your goal should be to have an efficient practice that provides you with the greatest reward.
